Panetapu House is a nostalgic Rural Retreat located on burgeoning forest land in historic Parawera, a rural and cultural melting pot in northern King Country.

The House was originally ordered from a catalogue and built at 88 Gloria Ave, Te Atatu as part of a new development aimed at working class Kiwis with a “Quarter Acre Dream”, the build took 4 months.

It remained there until it was moved to Parawera in 2024.
